ACTIVE PRINTING

PAINT PRINTING
The use of thermo setting or thermoplastic synthetic resin as binder, mixed with insoluble pigments, composed of paint printing paste, applied to the surface of the fabric by mechanical or manual methods, after drying and baking to form a layer of film, so that the pigment is tightly covered on the fiber, in order to achieve the purpose of printing and coloring. Paint printing paste products are generally composed of pigment paste, binder, photo coagulant and emulsifier, which can be mixed when used.
Paint printing is the cheapest printing method in printing production, because the printing of paint is relatively simple, requires the least process, and usually does not require steam and washing. Coatings come in bright, rich colors and can be used on all textile fibers. They have good light fastness and dry cleaning fastness, even excellent, so they are widely used in decorative fabrics, curtain fabrics and clothing fabrics that need dry cleaning. In addition, the paint hardly produces large color differences on different batches of fabrics, and it also covers the base color well when printing.
With continuous washing or dry cleaning, the paint print will gradually fade and the color will become lighter and lighter.
