Characteristics of fleece

Fleece is plain and generous in color, light gray, medium gray and dark gray, suitable for making spring and autumn men's and women's tops and pants, high grammage of facecloth, relatively fine and dense pile, thick fabric, high cost and good warmth.

The surface of fleece is covered with a layer of rich and fine pile, which does not reveal the weave pattern, feels soft and flat, and the body and bones are slightly thinner than that of maidenhair. After shrinkage and pile finishing, it has a rich handfeel and fine pile surface.

Production method

Fleece is produced by first dyeing part of wool (or cotton fiber), then mixing with part of the original color wool (or cotton fiber), spinning into mixed-color wool yarn by blending, and weaving into woven products by shrinking and pulling finishing. Most of the twill organization, also useful for plain organization. The raw materials used in addition to the whole wool (or cotton), generally wool (or cotton) viscous blend, some to improve wear resistance mixed with a small amount of nylon fiber.
